Additional land with planning permission.
In December 2010 we had the rare opportunity to purchase additional land of 4.900 square metres, which runs in a southerly direction directly from and linking to the house.
The land in part is constructible and comes with existing planning permission for one house or building.
The plan below is from the official Cadastre. The parcel 516, edged in black, is the additional land we've purchased. The portion marked 'U' is where permission for new property has been granted.
